Rent-A-Center, Inc. Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend by 16% From $0.25 To $0.29

Declares Cash Dividend For The First Quarter Of 2020

PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 5, 2019-- Rent-A-Center, Inc. (the “Company”) (NASDAQ/NGS: RCII) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 16% increase in its quarterly cash dividend from $0.25 per share to $0.29 per share beginning with the dividend for the first quarter of 2020, and declared a $0.29 per share cash dividend for the first quarter of 2020. The dividend will be paid on January 29, 2020 to the Company’s common stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 6, 2020.
