Rent-A-Center Opens Store in Marion
MARION, Ill., Nov 11, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
Rent-A-Center Manager Chris Emsley and his five-person sales team are pleased to offer residents of Marion an additional option when it comes to acquiring ownership of high-quality furniture, appliances, electronics and computers. "We are happy to be a part of the community and look forward to servicing the needs of our customers," said Emsley. The new Rent-A-Center is located at 1120 N. Carbon Street. The approximately 4,500-square-foot showroom features merchandise from brands such as Ashley, Serta, HP, Sony and Whirlpool.
Members of the community welcomed Rent-A-Center to the neighborhood at a grand-opening celebration on Friday, November 11, at 11:00 a.m. At the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Rent-A-Center contributed $1,000 to the Boynton Street Community Center and $1,000 to the Veterans Medical Center of Marion.
In conjunction with the grand opening ceremony, there will be a drawing for a 42" Plasma TV. To enter, simply visit the store. No purchase is necessary.
Rent-A-Center operates 112 locations in the state of Illinois. The store is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays.
